Syssalnos Records Enticing, engrossing, and eerie, Another You eases you in before sending you down the rabbit hole. Each track has its own voice with a textured nuance that's hard to find anywhere else. This release is especially delightful for those with an ear for subtle details.

Defencing is a must-listen for any industrial/techno fan and Another You is killing it. Favorite track: Tangled in Wire.

kirfkin An excellent EP. I like all of the songs, though my favorite in particular is "The Act of Removing a Fence" as it tends towards an 'easy listening' experience, which matches with my typical genres.

The songs are just unpredictable enough to keep you hooked, but more than cohesive enough to follow, for lack of better words I could personally use to describe it. Give it a listen! Favorite track: The Act of Removing a Fence.

about

Another You arrives to No Agreements with their murky debut EP "Defencing".

Equal parts experimental and club, the project creates an inescapably eery turbulence where the worlds of survival horror classics like Silent Hill meet the world of underground clubs. Heavily inspired by the everyday cacophony of noises that surround us and overwhelm our senses, each track is built on top hypnotic techno beats filled to the brim with skittering glitchy textures and mechanical clangs; running alongside ascending and descending drones. The sounds, structure, and production exists in an evolving world, growing progressively unfamiliar and rickety as it goes through its three track run time.

This one is for those of us who are all too familiar with fuzzy feeling of tension under our eyes in the early hours, staring intensely into computer monitors; caressed by the artificial glow lulled into a feeling of weightlessness.
