Tracks like ‘Mina Mona Mora Mira’ represent the 80’s-pop side of the genre, while ‘Days On Zero One’ and ‘Malachite’ are soaked in the vaporwave staple of luminal emptiness. Very excited for (hopefully) and eventual follow-up!

Prismadoll's unique outlook on music is quite unrivaled. Their music exists in a world of its own that has its own set of rules. Two major ones being that everything must be made from samples sourced from CDs with no exceptions and that EPs are album length (with albums being double or triple album length).

This unique outlook isn't just for show though, as it births a level of care over tiny details most would overlook whether that be a woven together David Bowie snippet saying "Mina Mona Mora Mira" or a carefully constructed "haunted television" concept.

At the very core of what Prismadoll does lies a contagious outlook on life and the world that exudes a sense of optimism and charm similar to greats like Daft Punk and The Avalanches. You immediately feel like you're part of something bigger and you just want to fall further and further into it.

Whether it's stringing together impressive concepts, bolstering an impressive count of nearly 100 samples on an EP, or working with small details, Prismadoll is undoubtedly a one of a kind member and it's clear that the "Straight to TV EP" is a watershed moment for the vaporwave genre.
